In-Person attendees*
*In accordance with the latest South Australian (WA) COVID-19 restrictions, please do not attend this event in-person if you feel unwell. You will still be able to participate online.
If you are arriving from overseas, please visit the Adelaide Airport website for Covid-19 information and read the important points to remember. Please pack a RAT test so you can do a self-test when arriving at your accommodation.

Onsite pre-registration will be available during the Welcome Function, from 17:30 on Monday 29 August, and regular registration available from 07:00 on Tuesday 30 August at the registration desk outside Ballrooms A & B at the Hilton Adelaide.

Online attendees
While the Caving 2022 conference is being held in-person, there is an online platform where presentations will be streamed via Teams. The URL for this online platform is acgcaving.com/online
Please check prior to the event you have access to Teams and advise the ACG if you are having technical difficulties.

Caving 2022 proceedings: If you purchased printed proceedings, please note the proceedings comprise 2 volumes weighing approximately 4kg, which may impact your luggage.
Welcome function
A welcome function will be held among the trade exhibition booths from 17:30 ACDT, Monday 29 August to welcome delegates and sponsors/exhibitors. Pre-registration will be available during this welcome function at the registration desk, in the foyer area outside the Ballrooms.
Parking
From the hotel, turn left onto Grote Street, drive for 150 m and turn right into UPark Grote Street Bus Station.
Drive up the Bus Station ramp and collect an entry ticket. Pay on departure.
Caving 2022 Authorised Delegate List
Caving 2022 sponsors and attendees will be provided with an authorised delegate list. Please be aware of people offering to sell the Caving 2022 delegate list. We would like to assure you that we do not sell our data to third parties and this this is a scam. We urge you not give out credit card details or other personal information to anyone contacting you offering to sell details of attendees to our events. Conference proceedings
The majority of presentations will be made available for all registered attendees, on-demand from 7 September until 27 February 2023. Caving 2022 papers are available at ACG’s Online repository of Conference Proceedings.
PD hours
This event will provide attendees with a number of personal development hours. A certificate of attendance can be provided on request, post-event. There are up to 32 hours of PD content for Caving 2022.
